The Russian speaking population of Finland 2022: report presentation event

The over 87 000 Russian speakers of Finland form a diverse group. The Russian speakers in Finland have been an object of increased attention since Russia invaded Ukraine in February of 2022.

The Russian speaking population of Finland 2022 – report, carried out by the Cultura Foundation, examines how the changed world situation has impacted the Russian speaking population living in Finland, their wellbeing, and attitudes towards them.

The project is done in collaboration with Innolink Oy.

The report is based on a survey which was carried out during June and July of 2022. The survey sample consisted of 1600 individuals.
